PHP时间转换函数
在PHP中时间转换函数是“strtotime()”，该函数的作用是将任何英文文本的日期或时间描述解析为Unix时间戳，其语法为“strtotime(time,now)”，该函数成功则返回时间戳，否则返回FALSE。
